If there is only one, call Amazon. This particular Ad offered only a pair, though some other Ads for various cold packs offered a choice of purchasing 1 or 2. **Q: Do you get 2 ice packs or 1?** A: You get two! The best and last Ice Pack you'll ever buy! My wife had to have an ACL replacement surgery, so I bought 3 packages of 2 for a total of 6. We were able to rotate them and keep the swelling down. Our Dr was very impressed that there was no swelling.
