## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it possible to order just the straw? I lost one of mine for the 2nd bottle**
A: Please contact us with your mailing address. We should be able to mail you a straw.

**Q: Are these made in China?**
A: I don't know but the glass is thick and heavy so they are made well and I have never had a problem with the pumps

**Q: We want to get rid if the ugly coffee mate pump we have. will this work with coffee mate too?**
A: Due to the volume of each pump, I think this set works better for syrups as I prefer to control the intake amount of sugar. For creams and other more liquid-like substance, I would recommend a pourer set instead. Please see the following link - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09S5LVDN5

**Q: How easy is it to clean the pumps? Do they get clogged up?**
A: It easy to clean with just TWO steps : (1) prepare a bowl of water, ideally warm, and vinegar, and (2) stick the pump end into water mix and press the pump for few times.
