I need it for the winter as I need to do swim therapy with my dog in our pool, and I freeze if the pool goes below 90 degrees..Lol! It is very comfortable and flexible. It is not horribly confining like wetsuits I had in the past that made it difficult to move freely. For reference, size wise, I am 5'4" tall. I weigh 119 lbs. I do have bigger chest so I took a large in the top.
