    Delicious, but make sure not to overcook.

These are fantastic breakfast sandwiches with a nice hit of protein.  The Gouda is particularly tasty, especially for a frozen breakfast sandwhich.  Microwaves vary, so I'd recommend only cooking for 1:30 the first time you make them and then checking the internal temp.

I love these breakfast sandwiches which are unfortunately out of stock now both at Whole Foods and Wegmans which are the only places I’ve ever found them.
