Review: PIN lock out of the box - I ordered this item and straight out of the box it is locked with a PIN. I have spent countless hours trying to recover PIN through their paperwork process with no luck. Manufacturer customer service phone lines are always busy and emailing customer service gives a response that they no longer respond to it. If a product has 110% terrible customer service, the product will fail and you will be left wishing you saved your money. I also tried Husqvarna customer service since the mower has Husqvarna branding all over it on all serial number stickers, molded into housing parts etc. however, Husqvarna cut a customer chat short sue to "lines busy" and told me to call a number that always busy. It would seem this product has no real legitimate support and therefore is a bad purchase idea. Save your money and get the exercise pushing a mower.

### ⭐ PIN lock out of the box

I ordered this item and straight out of the box it is locked with a PIN. I have spent countless hours trying to recover PIN through their paperwork process with no luck. Manufacturer customer service phone lines are always busy and emailing customer service gives a response that they no longer respond to it. If a product has 110% terrible customer service, the product will fail and you will be left wishing you saved your money. I wasn’t expecting this to be the easiest mower setup but it wasn’t anything like I researched. I purchased this with hopes it would make my life easier in regards to time spent working on my yard. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the patience to guide wire 8,000 sq ft. I have flowerbeds and plant beds throughout the yard that needs to be avoided plus a buffer space around each object. In theory this mower seemed like a great choice for set it and forget it. I just couldn’t make it to the finish line.

Mine didn’t work. Stopped mowing and claimed to be “trapped”, even though it wasn’t touching anything. The machine would restart without any adjustment or movement—but did require me to physically press buttons on the mower and couldn’t be done remotely. At that point it wasn’t automatic or robotic. Due to stopping, errors, etc, it wouldn’t mow my yard. In 2 weeks time and 14 hours or scheduled mowing 7 days per week, it wouldn’t even cut half of its rated area. I contacted manufacturer support. After 2 weeks, no response, so I sent mine back to Amazon. Very disappointed!
