Are these smaller in waist than other brands or more standard?** A: The waist is a nice wise banded elastic but I would say they are not a slim fit and more standard in size. **Q: Gift 4 baby due Jan24. Newborn & 0-3 months were too big for my babies. By time they fit it was hot out so do I Get newborn or 0-3 months?** A: My baby was born 1/27 and was in premie clothes at birth then newborn for like 10-12 days. I would suggest 0-3 month. Footed sleepers are pretty much all my little lived in for the first 2 months anyway.
