When I received the package the quality of the set seemed very good but one of the bands had been packaged with a kink in it and there were creases and some discoloration on that one band. I replied back to the customer service email asking if that band could be replaced. I got an answer within 24 hours that I would be receive a replacement free of charge. I was also advised that I would receive a PDF of guidelines and exercises via email soon, as will all who have bought this set. I also learned about their Facebook page which has daily posts with tips and exercises. Great customer service and a good quality product at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
