Review: Skeptical of electronic devices that sell for under $20 I - I can only surmise that I've developed an unwarranted skepticism, probably caused by global warming. This unit works very well and as advertised. Lite weight and easy to use but I found. installing the batteries a particular challenge - could not get the battery cover off without resorting to a fine blade knife.
Review: Very Easy To Use - I like the low price and its simplicity. It's easy to operate; turn it on, wait for it to beep, place it in front of your forehead...about half an inch or so..., press the button once, let go and wait for the beep. It's accurate when compared to an analog thermometer which goes under the tongue. And you can't beat the price, $25 as of my writing this review, plus a 20 percent discount. It has worked fine for us, and I recommend it.
