The second one they provided was choking me and did not provide the support I needed. The ProCare is the best purchase I ever made, it is very comfortable, provides the support needed and I can sleep at night. I also feel safer in this device, the others were very sup-par. I highly recommend this ProCare. While I am very grateful I have VA benefits they just need to work on providing appropriate prosthetic devices, actually the neck brace they fit me too was for a male veteran not female.
