First things first, this is barely like true baking, and it somehow manages to be even lesser than something like a prepared dry mix where you just add wet ingredients. The fun of baking isn't there, but that's not important in a product like this. What's important is the end result, and this right here nails it. I absolutely loved how this came out. It's not quite like a regular banana muffin, but it's pretty close, within 90% accuracy if I were to put a number on it. But considering that this has a whole lot less carbs and less sugar than a normal banana muffin, it's damn impressive, and it's the reason it's gotten five stars. Taste is almost spot on, exterior texture was a nice crunch while the interior was soft and moist, and somewhat fluffy without being dry. Now keep in mind, each muffin still has 6 net carbs! Again still an impressive low for a muffin, but if you're sticking to 20 or 30 carbs a day, this can easily be a big chunk of your carb intake which is less than ideal.Still, at the end of the day, if you want a snack that tastes like the real thing, look no further, this is it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I loved this stuff *by T***T on Reviewed in the United States on May 4, 2018* I’m currently on the Keto diet and boy do I miss my bananas!! I loved this stuff!! Baking time was a lil off for me, I used silicone muffin tray and time called for 23min. I pulled them out at 20min and it was a little over cooked. So will keep an eye out at around 15min or so the next batch. But all in all it satisfied my banana withdrawals. I ate one and refrigerated the rest. I bought one of everything they offered... brownie, pancake, cheese muffins, cinnamon donuts, and these banana muffin mix. These and the brownies are amazing!!! They are less sweet of course but after two years avoiding anything with real sugar they are definitely sweet enough. My wife adds a cream cheese drizzle on top and I am over moon with every bite. My blood sugar is low again thanks to these products.
