This has a beauty ring where it can be solidly mounted from the front and then the screws can be concealed. What was not mentioned, it comes with a rubber protection cover for when storing.. Sound is very good especially since I am running a four channel amp. The price is just right. The only question will be how long it will last but for the price, it can be replaced very easily.

The 350b has an RDS Tuner, where the 300b doesn't.
