Great mold for Bonbon making. It is high quality and nice and thick. It seems like it will be durable for making many many batches of candy. It is easy to use. I am learning to make truffles and with everything I’ve read the polycarbonate molds are the best. I had a tiny bit of trouble the first time getting my truffles out, but I just left them in the fridge a little bit longer and it worked. It also depends how good you are at tempering your chocolate. The molds are smaller than I thought but still work well. I prefer a small candy over a large one anyway. Don’t laugh at my photo, first attempt ever making molded truffles.
