**Q: How many times of baking can it handle?**
A: It can use over 3000 times base on promptly application.

**Q: can you use it with frozen bread dough?**
A: I bought the one with 6 smaller roll size forms. I would think it would work with any dough but you have to be sure you’re loaf fits inside the form with room to expand because the silicone forms will not keep their shape if the dough expands aggressively. Aside from that I love them.

**Q: How many ounces of bread dough per rectangle?**
A: I don't do by ounces. I do by eye.  Sorry if didn't answer the question.

**Q: Can I cut these if it does not fit? Can I cut into three separate vessels?**
A: I don't see why you can't.  Just wash them well after you cut them, so you don't get any fibers in your food.  They might not be as sturdy ( may loose there shape a little).  I wondered that myself.  If I don't need all of them I just leave it empty.
