Review: Great running water bottle! - Received three days ago, utilized twice. Purchased the 18oz. Black & Gold Insulated version. Hand feel is great and so far no stretching in the harness or strap. Love the thumb hole to help hold the bottle to my hand. Squeezing the bottle is a bit awkward at first and does take a bit to get used to. Fluid output is good, though it would be nice to have more of a laminar flow valve, and the valve doesn't seem to leak at all. The harness / pouch is just a bit small for my Galaxy S22 Ultra, though it does fit. Total volume is just about perfect for a 5-6 mile run pace.

I run marathons so I bought this for training cause I saw so many others using them. This is a good size for a mid level run: 8-14 miles. The strap works great and adjusts even when wearing thick gloves. I've ran in below freezing temperatures and the water hasn't frozen yet. Recommend this to any runner who needs a little extra water and you don't want to carry a reservoir.
