The little gadgets are durable and lightweight. I once caught myself looking for it while I was wearing it, ha ha. The volume control is a little tricky, so don't force it, and use the teeny tiny screwdriver included. They are comfortable but should not be worn 24 hours a day so your ear can breathe and air out. As for clarity, they are amazing! The things I can hear again: children playing, birds singing, water running, clocks ticking. The kitchen timer dinging! And now I can watch AND HEAR the TV again. I'm so happy I found these. And I will hold $Trump personally responsible if his crazy tariffs interfere with availability and pricing. It's not nice to hit people where it hurts just because they aren't billionaires.

Battery changed, suction cup replaced and the ear wax tip replaced, this device doesn't work!
