Esta placa tiene una serie de cables para encender el pc a distancia, como cualquier kvm ip. Pero en este caso mi sorpresa fue que al encender el pc con este mecanismo desde la consola web, la placa base empezó a echar humo, asi como suena. La conexion de los cables es simple de modo que es dificil de entender que algo asi suceda. Una placa base de mas de 1000 Euros a la basura. Evidentemente hay algun problema en la placa IPMI. Cependant, elle fonctionne avec n'importe quel PC disposant d'un port PCIe. Dans ce cas, elle n'affiche pas les informations type températures, tensions, vitesses des ventilos ... mais permet d'avoir l'affichage de l'écran, les contrôles, le démarrage et l'arrêt du PC à distance (ce qui correspond aux attendus d'un KVM). Équipée de la puce AST2600, elle est autonome en affichage (pas besoin de carte graphique ou de iGPU intégré au processeur). Elle est compatible IPMITool et Redfish (API restFull, successeur d'IPMI), et fonctionne en IPv6, permettant donc un accès WAN direct. Une connexion SSh est possible, mais on tombe sur une console SMASH lite, très limitée. La carte propose également la gestion de 8 ventilateurs (alimentés directement sur la carte IPMI). Le monitoring est alors disponible via l'interface web. L'alimentation se fait via un header USB2 (il faut pouvoir activer l'alimentation USB PC éteint dans le BIOS pour démarrer le PC à distance). Attention ! Pour la gestion de l'arrêt / démarrage, il faut bien respecter la polarité des fils. A 140 euros, elle est moins chère qu'une solution PiKVM (près de 300 euros), mais plus chère qu'une solution NanoKVM (50 euros sur AliExpress), voire JetKVM (90 euros sur Kickstarter). L'avantage reste dans l'aspect "intégré", avec la gestion autonome de l'affichage (pas besoin d'une carte graphique / iGPU et d'un câble HDMI) et l'alimentation interne via le header USB2. On pourra regretter la sortie VGA, alors que le SoC AST2600 gère le DisplayPort nativement. Produit assez unique sur le marché, elle est restée en rupture de stock pendant plus d'un an (2024 et début 2025).
