The best when it comes to truly blocking over 99% of blue AND GREEN light (yes, green light is a problem as well) as proven by their testing, which almost no other company does. I already had 2 pairs though and about to boy the third one because the plastic hinges keep breaking despite my handling them very gently. These may be pricey, but they fit best over my glasses and the color is very comforting for my eyes, blocking out harsh light. Can’t wait to see improvement in my sleep. I did fall asleep fast last night wearing for the first time.
