I use these for creme brulee and they work great! Perfect size and they are sturdy. Haven’t had any issues so far and I like the design. They stack ok but I wouldn’t stack more than 4 on top of each other or they might topple.

Absolutely love this ramekins. I ordered them originally for apple/plum crumble. How disappointed I was when unpacked and they looked smaller than expected. So ordered 8oz size. I baked the plum crumble in both 6- and 8-oz ramekins. It turned out that the smaller ones were the perfect size for a single-serving dessert. Perfect for creme brule. Very good quality.I'm keeping both sets.
