There is ample room for assessment and plan, which is more difficult to find in templates. I particularly like the “to do” section right next to plan. This product comes with a sheet of quick reminders (standard IVF rates, common PO med dosages, etc). Not only that, it has ID badge laminations of this same information if that is more your style.
