These silicone freezer trays are perfect for dividing and freezing my large batches into individual servings. They are sturdy but very flexible and they hold their shape and stay upright as I fill them. Also, the design is excellent. The way the lid attaches to the container allows you to fill each compartment to the top without any spillage when the lid is attached. Even before frozen they can easily stack on top of each other. Once frozen the food easily pops out by pushing up from the bottom of each compartment. Next, I wrap each frozen individual serving in freezer paper, secure with tape or by folding in a way to tuck in and secure the paper end. Then I label with a permanent marker and return to the freezer. This has been a game changer, helping me to prepare meals ahead and stack them in like-sized blocks in the freezer. It nearly doubles the amount of usable freezer space because the blocks can be nearly stacked and organized.
