I made that mistake. If you have dual zone heat the number is 604-207 and if like me you just have one heat for the front its 604-209. However it is much easier than the front actuator, let me tell you! So listen there are two of these bad boys in the rear A/C unit!!, So make sure you change the one on top, not the one on the side, as I changed the one on the side, and when I got done and fired up the A/C, I still heard the infamous CLICK, CLICK, CLICK!!! And no A/C. So rather than wait for ANOTHER blender door actuator, I took a part the 3 bad ones I had, and made one good used one, that I installed up top and Whooalla!!!
