I use carrot essential oils in my face and body oil blends, but wanted a carrot carrier oil as well and looked for a long time for one that would work. This is organic carrot oil mixed with organic cold pressed almond oil. Since I have been incorporating this into my blends, I have noticed a significant improvement in my skin. The vitamins A,B,C,D and E in the oil have contributed to a richer and more nourishing oil that has smoothed out the lines in my face and neck, and have lightened the dark circles under my eyes. The scent is light and it does add a rich orange color to my blends. As a blond with fair skin, I was concerned about it making my skin orangish, but that hasn't happened at all. The bottle is 100ml and has lasted a long time. I will definitely purchase this again and can heartily recommend it.

**Q: Has anyone used it as a sunscreen?**
A: But this is not a sunscreen, nor substitute for a sunscreen. This product is great for dry skin, but sun protection? I don’t think so.

**Q: Does it leave that nice carrot color glow and some tint ?**
A: There is a definite tint to the skin - a carrot orange that to me is a slight drawback because I have a very light skin tone.  However, it is not overwhelming and I put it on at night.  So, if you like the "carrot color glow," you will notice it when you use the product.

**Q: Does the carrot oil (made from the flesh) have the same or similar SPF properties as the carrot seed oil does? Are they interchangable in recepies?**
A: Yes, it does. We use it as sun screen when we go to the beach.

**Q: Whats the SPF?**
A: 38-40

This carrot oil is very good quality , I homemade a cream for my face with it and jojoba and others by myself . The cream I made is beautioful yellow colour , fine and smooth. . I am so satisfied for this product. I would buy next time. Only thing I hope is that this product shipping from England, It is so far from there to usa. It takes a long time to arrive my home. It would be easier if this company has a big warehouse in usa. Perhpas they can has more business. Thanks。
