Better than nothing? *by M***B on Reviewed in the United States on December 29, 2019* Was looking for an affordable lens for a last minute shoot. While there's no autofocus with this lens, it trains inexperienced camera operators to use manual focus. Once you figure out the f stop adjustment and play around for a few days, you'll enjoy it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent manual lens *by L***Y on Reviewed in the United States on December 1, 2017* I needed a fast prime for astrophotography and this one had good reviews so I thought I’d give it a try. Results were excellent. For the price I couldn’t be happier. See attached pic. Composite pic of 21 shots at f2 20 seconds each then merged together in PS and edited in LR. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Function *by G***H on Reviewed in the United States on October 24, 2019* Great aperture but high contrast --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/43928315-meike-35mm-f-1-7-manual-focus-fixed-lens-sony](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/43928315-meike-35mm-f-1-7-manual-focus-fixed-lens-sony) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
