Review: A must-have for anyone who wants safety at a low cost - This is terrific and I consider it a real value for the money. The price is good, there is no installing and it is totally reliable. It gives me a sense of peace knowing when I go to bed that if some brave but oh so stupid criminal breaks into my house, he will be met with the sound from Hell. It is loud and it makes you heart flip. I know. I forgot to turn it off two times and it scared me half to death. I was sure the neighbors heard it and if per chance a mouse was in the house, it likely dropped dead of fright. So far the battery life is good. I only turn it on at night. I can't speak to the range because I have it at a fairly close range. I like the remote. Still not exactly sure how it works but I can arm it and disarm it and adjust the volume. I guess you don't need to know much more than that. But the written instructions are not great. I plan to get another one in the near future. I highly recommend the CPVAN 125dB alarm. It adds to your safety and gives you peace of mind.

A: No, the CPVAN Motion Sensor Alarm can not support with Wi-Fi. However, the Remote Control can link up to 5 Detectors. And one Detector can link up to 5 Remotes, too.

**Q: When the intruder goes of, can the alarm automatically turn off?**
A: When the intruder goes of, if you don't manually turn it off, it can do that automatically after 2 minutes. It's worth mentioning that if work by batteries, generally, the items can continuously working for four months.

**Q: Can the Remote Control and PIR detector work effectively though windows, glass doors or walls?**
A: PIR technology can not work effectively through glass or wall, so the Detector will can not detect the human movement single. But Remote use radio technology which can still work effectively.

**Q: What is the working range of the PIR Motion Sensor Detector?**
A: The Detector can Capture signal between 45 degrees up and down and110 degrees left and right, which is about 16-26ft detection range of the infrared sensor.

This is loud and obnoxious… and I like it! Works well!

Very well made and packaged. Comes with batteries but can also be powered by a USB type C connector (not included). Sensitive IR detector. Includes a small remote. One button arms it, one disarms it, one switches between chime and alarm. The unit itself has three buttons--volume (loud/soft), on/off, and chime/siren. The siren in loud is very, very loud. Car alarm loud. The problem is that the sirent does not reset after a decent interval. Once the alarm is triggered you have to turn it off manually. That could be a problem with neighbors when you are gone. I'm using it to try and keep raccoons out of the tack room. I think the loud chime (which is once per event) will be enough to do that. Again, well made, sensitive, loud. I plan to buy a few more. Would be a cheap way to put a very effective alarm in a house.
