Yes, but you will need the light bar brackets, and may need minor modification. (holes drilled in the back rack)

Q: Will this work for 18 inch light bar?

Yes it will , its adjustable, but I mounted a 28" light bar , will still work for 18"light bar, depending on the style of mounting under your light.

Q: Does this work on a speed tech lights 47" lightbar?

I have a long light bar. I had to make my own modifications to mount it but yes it should work but you may have to fabricate a way to mount it.

Q: will this work for a 24" strobe light

I don’t see why not. They are only bolted to the top of the rack. As long as the gap isn’t bigger than 24”.
