I also noticed that I was having deeper dreams and at times lucid dreams. As for more energy or changes to skin....not really feeling or seeing that. The product appears to be rather dated as far as my research is showing and that is why I am discontinuing it to try something different. The price is high, the company has virtually NO real information that you can sink your teeth into, and if it wasn't for the Amazon reviews, I probably would have never purchased it.
