An inspiratory positive airway pressure (IPAP) is higher and provides more support for a breath as it is taken in. You breathe out under expiratory positive airway pressure, a lower pressure. Ventmed DS8 BiPAP ST30 is beneficial in BIPAP, CPAP, COPD, and sleep apnea.
