The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the instructions and tools provided for installing the bracket were insufficient. I purchased the "new" model; I suspect that the instructions and the Allen wrench were meant for the previous model, as the Allen wrench was too big for the screws, and the instruction to "place washer on bracket" made no sense.
