Slick,I will buy elsewhere!** A: Our price is $49.82 with free shipping. No magic , just a quality made saw for tree trimming. **Q: Does this fit the 14 ft Hooyman pole?** A: I don't think so. The 14ft saw looks curved. This saw blade I bought worked as a replacement for my 10 ft telescopic hooyman pole saw. Hope this helps. **Q: Is this an 8” hooyman megabite replacement saw blade?** A: it fits the 5 foot and 10 foot hooyman extension saws. i do not know how long it is. **Q: Anyone used this replacement blade on the16ft pole saw? I believe the 16ft blade is notched different and is a longer blade than the 5ft & 10ft ??** A: The 16' does have a longer blade. You WANT THIS !!!! *by D***Y on Reviewed in the United States on 25 May 2022* BACKGROUND: After retiring to Florida in 2013, in 2021 I ended up on a tiny property with nine Palm Trees, some over 25' tall. What a MESS THEY WERE !!!!! The former owner had not touched them in years. I hired a crew to come in and clean them up, trim them and get them ready for Hurricane Season. Almost $1,000 ( but they also got them in great shape and hauled away a Mountain of Palm Tree $#%&, so just one of those "Joys" of home ownership. I thought: "Now I will be able to 'maintain' them". I just needed a pole saw... **SHOPPING**: I looked and looked all over on-line ( HD, Lowe's, Ace, Amazon and some specialty lawn&garden websites ). It took some looking. I had been told Exactly what to get, including that it HAD to have the short 'Claw' at the bottom of the curved blade !!!. I finally settled on the 14' Hooyman Extendable 3-Section Tree Saw. I have used it for six months now and it just WORKS and WORKS REALLY WELL !!!!! The pole extends easily, but is still solid enough that I can easily slice off some really big 3" stuff, sometimes in just 3 or 4 sharp pulls with the blade ( and Palm Trees are TOUGH ) !!! THE BLADE: That Curved Blade, Hook at the Tip and 'Claw' at the bottom is CRAZY GOOD !!!! AMAZING !!!! Really Sharp, it is Stainless Steel and doesn't Rust !!!! The Teeth have just the right Shapes and Sets, for what I need and it seems to be holding up VERY WELL - Still Razor Sharp after 40 ? - 50 ? Cuts through Heavy Palm ( 50 Lb Seed "Pods", palm fronds, branches ? stalks ? - I don't know the names ), but all of the other $#%& that these trees throw off monthly !!!! Awful, Filthy, Messy Trees - GREAT POLE SAW !!!! Can't say enough about HOW GOOD IT HAS BEEN !!!! I've had (cheap) lopping/pruning pole saws in the past - all pretty much junk. THIS SAW IS ***FANTASTIC***. I'm sorry that replacement blades are not offered, but ( IF ) mine eventually gets to where it is taking a lot more work to cut, I will take it to a Pro and let them re-sharpen it !!!! - Don - ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hooyman 14 Ft. Pole Saw *by L***E on Reviewed in the United States on 14 July 2024* I love my Hooyman Extendable Pole Saw. It is so nice and is lightweight. It is very easy to use. I have used it for several months and it still works great. I would recommend anyone needing a pole saw to try this one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Professional grade pole saw *by T***S on Reviewed in the United States on 22 February 2024* I needed this for my fruit trees that have been neglected for years at my new place. I'm not a fan of powered saws for "small" branch work, but I also didn't want to spend the $ on something that's going to see use like one weekend a year at best. So for that parameter, this is perfect. That said ...I've done arborist work in my past, but never needed to own my own tools for the jobs. This setup is easily one that we would have used on site. Very sharp yet flexible blade makes for quick work. The pole isnt round so the ability to handle the extensions was a breeze.Highly recommend ## Frequently Bought Together - Hooyman Extendable Tree Saw with Compact Design, Detachable Handsaw and Telescoping Pole, No-Slip H-Grip, Impulse Hardened Teeth, and Wrist Lanyard for Tree Trimming, Hunting, Camping, and Outdoors - Hooyman Forged Loppers and Ratchet Pruner with Heavy Duty Steel Construction, Ergonomic No-Slip H-Grip Handles, and Blade Lock for Gardening, Land Management, Yard Work, Trimming, Pruning, and Outdoor - Hooyman Bush Machete with Heavy Duty Construction, Ergonomic No-Slip Handle and Belt Sheath for Gardening, Land Management, Bushcraft, Hunting and Outdoor , Black/Green --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/434159282-14ft-pole-saw-with-heavy-duty-construction-ergonomic-non-slip](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/434159282-14ft-pole-saw-with-heavy-duty-construction-ergonomic-non-slip) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
