Or are these worse quality or knock offs?** A: I purchased a pack in the MM dept of BuyBuyBaby and noticed a definite decline in quality from the 2015-2017 era. They definitely require a wash first or little threads end up everywhere. Buyer be warned. That stated, they are still one of the better options for maternity underwear; it’s simply too bad that MM’s fiscal problems have led to cuts where women really don’t need lower quality. **Q: Do these fit true to size?** A: They are somewhat stretchy, so if you're deliberating between sizes that might make a difference. I ordered a large and they're almost too big postpartum. I am 180- 190 pounds and 5'7" postpartum. I would say that they're decently true to size though. **Q: Can you wear these post partum?** A: Absolutely. After my daughter was born these were my "go to" underwear. Extremely comfortable and they could fit the monster pads I had to wear. I still wore them long after just because they're comfortable. :) **Q: Would these be comfortable enough to wear after a C-Section?** A: I didn't have a C-section, but I know that you can fold down the top a little bit. Probably enough that it wouldn't rub on your stiches. They are super comfy though! Hope this is helpful. ## Frequently Bought Together - Motherhood Maternity – 3 Pack Maternity Panties – Foldover and Bikini Style Underwear for Pregnancy – Sizes Small to 3X - POSHDIVAH Women's Maternity Yoga Shorts Over The Belly Bump Summer Workout Running Active Short Pants with Pockets 5"/8" - fitglam Women's Maternity Shorts Over Belly Pregnancy Lounge Workout Running Pajama Sleep Shorts with Pockets --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/43406067-motherhood-maternity-womens-foldover-brief-panty-3-pack](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/43406067-motherhood-maternity-womens-foldover-brief-panty-3-pack) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
