The iPad fits snugly in the case and all of the buttons and the camera lens align perfectly with the cutouts for them. The materials have a high quality look and feel and the case is very slim and easy to hold in any configuration. The strap to help when holding the iPad for reading/viewing is a nice touch. If there's any negative, it's that the case is designed for the "Home" button to be on the right side of the iPad when holding horizontally or when in the stand mode. Not a problem if you're used to this, but it takes some adjustment coming from a previous iPad & case where the button was on the left based on that case's design.
