After just a few uses the outer shell (grey) material has pulled away from the orange portion of the external seam. The hand/clutch strap fell off on the first use. I was able to put it back on but it's not very sturdy. It is excellent for organizing all of the things but the quality leave a lot to be desired which is unfortunate. I'm still using it but only because I haven't found a replacement yet that's the right size and has the ability to make the accommodations I need. I will add pictures when I can.

It has so such storage space that I decided to use it for my makeup too! I love it for traveling in my carry on. It's easy to grab and go. I haven't had any trouble with any of the zippers. The material feels very durable and high quality. I've used it for a couple of trips now, and I love that my chargers and make up are organized into one bag. I even put earring studs in the SD card pocket. Highly recommended.
