You might need to push those washers down securely so that it sits inside the hose connector flat. Using your hand to screw the hose to the handle is too difficult and DO NOT use pliers .... please seat the washers securely first with your fingers to help with fitting. That will help with hand tightning.Mine worked great.... even without plumbers tape.Water pressure is great for a 1.7 gal shower head . ### ⭐ AzI on this site ruins everything.
