I wouldn't recommend it for petite women. I'm 5'2" and 115 lbs and couldn't get a tight enough fit with the strap to hold my phone in place, even though it is adjustable. Apparently one picture shows that the smallest diameter is 8" but I didn't realize that until writing this review. The band really holds the iphone to my arm, which I have found hasn't happened with other models. However, it is difficult to change the music or program, or even see what time it is through the clear screen display, so you really have to set up what you want playing prior to placing the phone in the armband. It is also difficult to turn off the screen with the side button on the iphone because the covering is in the way, which means the screen could be on during my whole workout. Overall, while these issues are annoying, the armband does what it is meant to, and if you are running (I have been using it at the gym), you wouldn't want to change the settings anyway. ### ⭐ Pass on this.
