A: I don't think so, you have to disconnect and connect.

A: No, you need to pair again everytime you want to change devices.

**Q: Do they have a wired option? If so, how well does it work for voice calls?**
A: No wired option.  But the voice calls have been great so far, even for Bluetooth.
