I have ordered this supplement twice before via Amazon. The first two orders came through without issues. The third one received in JUlY 2025 was spoiled. The powder had somehow not been properly sealed in the container and product is unusable, and very hard. I then contacted the company NTFACTOR dot Com directly and they apologized immediately and took full responsibility and I was told there was an issue with this particular production run of this specific size container. I was told that this size container was the main issue. And, as a customer, a replacement amount of the 2 smaller containers is being shipped to me as I write this. The company is amazing, and as a health practitioner, and having been challenged by health issues myself, I find this product very helpful. And the company customer service took care of this issue quickly.
