Outwater Industries' plastic sliding door track features an upper track, and lower track. It is designed for installing by-passing 1/4" thick sliding doors with a 19/64" gap. Popular applications include replacement sliding door track, sliding showcase doors, bookcases, small cabinets, vanities, medicine cabinets reptile tanks, vivariums, honeycomb panels and more. Our sliding door track system allows wood doors to slide smoothly and quietly without requiring glides, wheel or lubricant. Installation is fast and easy. Simply apply screws, glue or double-sided tape. Each plastic channel is 13/16" wide x 48" long and comes in a single pack. Our upper/lower sliding door track is manufactured from durable Styrene that can withstand years of use. It features a solid black finish. Upper Track Dimensions: 13/16" W x 11/16" H x 48" L. Lower Track Dimensions: 13/16" W x 5/16" H x 48" L.

Review: Ease of use - It actually was a perfect fit for an old type of medicine cabinet. I had to adjust the top for it to fit. I guess the older type was longer. I did use double sided tape for the bottom but found out that it wasn't necessary because I cut it exact and it fit in with no wiggle room. I'd definitely use it again.

A: We made our own doors. We needed an odd size.

**Q: Know where I can source a plastic track for 5/16" thick frames?**
A: I do not, however I have used 1/4” track with 1/2” thick doors by milling the front face of the front door and the back face of the back door. Hope that makes sense/ and works for your application
