Review: Great price - It was very easy to install. You literally just plug it in to your tv. I love that I'm able to connect my headphones and watch tv and shows. It makes the viewing experience even better. Sometimes my headphones disconnect but it is a very quick fix to get them connected again. Review: Waste of Money - I purchased this device because I wanted to be able to watch my TV without disturbing my neighbors. The claims of what this device can do are "technically true" But they don't paint a very realistic experience. I have a Samsung TV Model NO: UN55ES6550F and I was using my Samsung Buds as the bluetooth listening device. My ear buds have excellent sound quality, about a 20 foot range and no lag when paired with my Samsung Galaxy S9+. So I know my ear buds aren't the problem. When I tried using this bluetooth transmitter with my TV, I first tried using it with the USB-A extention that comes with it and plugging it into the USB-A port on the TV for power, and I used the TV's 3.5mm audio port for sound. And when I started watching TV, there was so much audible distortion it made it very uncomfortable to listen. After I disconnected the USB-A extention and plugged the device in directly, it got rid of most of the distortion, but not all of it. Another thing I noticed was that if I was more than 5 feet away from the TV, that the sound would start cutting out and that if the sound from the show I was watching was quiet, then the transmitter would stop transmitting sound completely. So that tells me that the range and quality of this device is terrible. And the last thing I noticed was that the audio was completely out of sync. Which made watching TV very distracting and unnatural. I don't mind paying a premium for high quality electronics but this device was not even close to worth the cost and the way they advertise this product is really misleading. 1/10 would not recommend. As soon as I plug the jack into TV Sound out the internal speaker mutes. **Q: can I use this to stream to my bluetooth hearing aids?** A: Not sure, but it will pair with other bluetooth devices such as a Sonos speaker that I put across the room from the TV. The hard part is making sure your TV has appropriate connection ports for it (needs both USB and the red, yellow and white Male connector). If your tv doesn't have both, you may be able to connect the red/yellow/white to your cable box. **Q: will it work with direct tv USB slot ?** A: I couldn’t get it to work with my laptop or my tv **Q: How to control speaker volume with this device ?** A: The audio volume is determined by the strength of the electronic sound signal that's fed to the YETOR transmitter from your sound source (phone, ipod, TV, etc.).
