We find that our herbs either rot or dry out in the refrigerator crisper, so we decided to try this. So far, our observations are that this is a good improvement. It is a little difficult to clean if you want to really wash it out, and the plastic is just plastic. Don't drop it. But we are satisfied, and we recommend it.

If I used it for bunches of fresh herbs that are tallish, works great. Not so good for short stalks, they fall over into the water so not useful for any smaller bundles of herbs
