I wiped the floor with alcohol swabs a few times before I used the adhesive pads so hopefully they stay in place because there is no way my husband will allow me to screw/drill through the kitchen tiles when this is just a temporary thing. They are small enough to not be noticed because no one in my family even saw them until I told them they were there. The adhesion seems it will be strong and they were very easy to install and pretty affordable as well. They look fine I guess.
