I take it Friday through Sunday (1 a day) so I don't smell like garlic at work (although I have taken it on a workday and no one said I smelled like garlic even after I asked). During the week I take odorless 500 mg / 100 mg garlic/parsley (3 a day). I've been doing this for about 5 years and my blood pressure decreased from 140/97 to 128/78 and it has been low like that for about 3 years.
