It was purchased through Amazon.com.I am 69, and it provides some additional comfort. However, I think price out weighs value and you could do better. Thanks** A: I have not had trouble with that, but did as a precaution, cut some small maybe 4x4" squares of that closed cell blue foam roll like they have at Walmart for a 1/4" thick or so sleeping pad for a tent. That foam roll was too long for me being female anyway, so I didn't miss 4" off the end across it. I cut 6 of those one for each foot on the cot, and big enough for them not to slip out from under the "feet" of the cot. Don't know if that was necessary but love that tent and didn't want to take the chance.
