But the product inside was good. Another thing noticed that it was missing one of the extra clips they provide with the clogs . Actually 4 clips should be there instead of 3. It must have fell off as the box was not properly packed. Even the small plastic bag in which the clips arrived was cut open by someone.I had to return and replace the item due to the improper size.
