I had some pretty bad stress spots on both sides of my scalp, but after using this for six months, I really started seeing results. I was also taking Nutrafol at the same time, and I think that helped a lot too. I tried measuring, and my hair has grown about 2 inches since I started the routine. One thing I’ve noticed, though, is that some of the new growth feels a little brittle/crunchy. I have 3B curly hair, so maybe it’s just adjusting back to my natural texture—but the rest of my hair near the scalp doesn’t feel like that. Either way, I highly recommend it 🙂
