It would depend on how they want to use. My son is 65pds and daughter 85pd and the crash pad is still going strong. They jump on it and use for sleepovers **Q: Is the cover waterproof or does a spill make the foam wet?** A: The cover appears to be water repellent. We have had a few minor spills and they were wiped up easily. They did not seem to penetrate the foam. **Q: Is the fabric breathable to let air escape when jumped on, or if a child suddenly jumps on it does it feel like jumping onto an air-filled balloon?** A: It is something in between but closer to the air-filled balloon. It lets the air out slowly, so there is a lot of proprioceptive feedback going to the child who jumps onto it. The fabric is slippery. They can sometimes bounce off of it. Kids love it. **Q: Is the foam made from Latex? We have a Latex allergy in the house that is life threatening.** A: The Crash Pad foam comes from a variety foam suppliers. Its then cut into small strips and cubes, and inserted into a nylon outer skin. Sometimes the suppliers will ship trace amounts latex foam mixed in with the regular foam, but the amount is insignificant. If your allergy is life threatening however, we would not recommend buying it. ## Frequently Bought Together - Skil-Care Crash Pad, Crash Pads for Kids Sensory Room Equipment, Sensory Crash Mat, Soft Foam Landing Zone for Sensory Input, Bean Bag Alternative for Reading and Relaxation, 3'x4' 5'x5' 6'x6' 8'x8' - Skil-Care Replacement Cover for 3' x 4' (Dark Green) or 5’ x 5’ (Blue) Crash Pad, Durable Nylon Shell, Water-Resistant, Machine-Washable, Cover ONLY - Active Seat Peanut Shaped Bounce Desk Chair, Exercise Yoga Balance Sitting Ball, Flexible Seating, Wiggle Seat for Boys and Girls --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/420766894-crash-pad-jumbo-foam-mat-for-kids-without-optio](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/420766894-crash-pad-jumbo-foam-mat-for-kids-without-optio) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
