Review: Amazing Game, Fun Assembly, but Keep Away from Children - I ordered this to celebrate my first paycheck at my first real job and it was a great decision. As for gameplay, I actually prefer the separatists as I find a slight masochistic humor in the rolls with the B1 Battle Droid units. On top of that the droidekas are a lovely unit with an amazing damage output and absurd defensive abilities. While I do prefer playing Obi-Wan to Grievous, the tradeoff for the fun and quality of the non-commanders is more than worth having a less fun commander. Drawbacks are, this isn’t much of a family-oriented experience as it is, for the most part, wholly a tactical game, so a small child in the house could feel left out. As mentioned before, many of the miniatures are challenging, which comes with a fragility most children won’t be able to properly respect as well as many choking hazards if you try to assemble it with them. The game also requires you to actively remain aware of several factors at once to play efficiently. If you do not have children around and do not mind games that require focus and attention this will not be a problem however. As for requested keywords from desertcart, “giftable” is very fitting. Any older teen to adult Star Wars fan who enjoys strategy games would love this. As for value for money, it’s excellent, there are so many miniatures to assemble, I had to spend about a week just prepping the miniatures, which was a lovely experience in itself. Finally, thickness. The box was quite thick I suppose.

**Q: What type of paint is best to use for these figures?**
A: A lot of different paints will work from enamel to oil, but we prefer to use water based acrylics as they are easiest to work with, are non-toxic and clean up with simple water.
Fantasy Flight Games makes some paint sets that have colors specifically chosen to work with this starter.

**Q: I can’t get any paint to hold and not be grainy. What are good solutions? Or a good paint to be suggested?**
A: Did you wash and prime the models beforehand? Models are covered in 'mold-release' and - especially if not primed - will not hold paint well. Typically fill a basin with water and little dishsoap and rub with a toothbrash, douse in clean water to start. I then recommend priming (can look into rustoleum auto primer) which will help hold the paint much better.

**Q: are there instructions in the game I think i would like to know before i buy the game**
A: Yes, there are instructions in the game. If you want to look at them before you buy they can be found by googling Star Wars Legion rules.

**Q: What type of glue works best for assembly ?**
A: Any super glue would do. You don't need a whole lot of super glue to assemble the models. I also recommend a pair of Flush Cutters / Sprue cutters to seperate the models from the Sprue. 

You can use plastic cement, but I personally recommend super glue if you're just getting started. The difference is that super glue is just glue, where-as Plastic Cement actually melts the plastic and allows it to re-bond.

I ordered this to celebrate my first paycheck at my first real job and it was a great decision. It arrived in a very reasonable amount of time and was a blast to assemble and play. Lo único que no me gusto es que algunas piezas son muy pequeñas para pegarse y es difícil armarlas que creo que no era necesario dividirlas , y aveces no coinciden bien
