I previously wrote a review regarding this product. When I received it I found that it was not the product that I needed and was unhappy. My review was written prior to contacting the seller. I was wrong in doing so. Since then I have been in contact with the seller, Brandon, and apologized for my mistake in not discussing the concern that I had before the review. We have been discussing my situation to obtain an igniter that will function for my BBQ that Ducane manufactured and of which this part is no longer available. Brandon has researched, above and beyond, and has found a replacement igniter that he has in route to me. Brandon, I thank you for all your efforts! You are greatly appreciated! I highly recommend that if you are in need of anything for your BBQ that you work with him.

The igniter on my gas heater stopped working and I knew I could find a replacement for it on Amazon. In no time at all, I had found the exact one that fit my gas heater. In just a few days I had the replacement in my gas heater and all was back to working great. Thank you Amazon and Ducane, I am staying warm now.

My Ducane grill purchased at Home Depot 6-7 years ago has been a champ....but over time you do have to do some basic maintenance.  It's been easy to get replacement burners and covers, so when I recently broke the plastic knob on this igniter I went for a replacement.  Snap to install.
