This Level8 28" luggage is so easy to push and pull when walking along. It glides smoothly on its wheels and makes the weight of the luggage more manageable to travel with when you must walk over cracked asphalt or concrete surfaces. The zipper pull base broke on the second day of use, leaving a sharp jagged edge. This made it very difficult to open and close the suitcase. The construction of this suitcase should be better for the price. The zippers are flimsy and the surface of the suitcase scratches easily. After one trip it looked 5 years old. I returned it as soon as we got home from the very first use. Don’t believe the YouTube reviews!
