She's used these split peas in a number of dishes and I made some nice peas pudding which was just as good, if not better, than the tinned peas pudding. The quality of the product is good and given the quantity alongside the price this product is good value so I am recommending it.

Using whole split peas is rather inconvenient. They take forever to cook and removing skins takes an age. After finally giving up with whole split peas I bought these to see if skinned ones can be better. They are! She's used these split peas in a number of dishes and I made some nice peas pudding which was just as good, if not better, than the tinned peas pudding. The quality of the product is good and given the quantity alongside the price this product is good value so I am recommending it.
