It’s really good. Obviously it’s much quicker to prepare because you’re not having to peel it but it hasn’t lost its flavour at all which was a concern when I was thinking about buying it. I was really happy doing my batch cooking yesterday and all my dishes turned out lovely and garlic-y like I’d hoped. I have frozen the rest to use in future. I would highly recommend this product. It’s about 2 garlic heads pealed… **Q: How long does it last, before and after opening?** A: I would say about a week before opening - has to be kept in the fridge.
